The Haro SonixVL120, complete B'r

I swapped out my swing arm on the Sonix to the LT version to allow a Neo-Moto to fit nicely. So, I'm now riding 2, full-fledged 650B bikes. No, not purpose built, but modified well enough to do the trick. I'm really enjoying the Sonix in this formatt. I can tell a significant difference while battling the roots and sand of central Florida trails.
Heres a look.

Like Jimi, I'm a VooDoo child.

My Voodoo Bokor is complete. I was waiting for some brake stuffs, but decided to take apart another bike for this one. I haven't had time to take measurments yet, weigh it, or ride it more than around my community. Everything feels good for now. Its been a while since I've been on a SS Hardtail, I've almost forgotten the feeling. The cranks will be getting swapped out to a SS LX set in the VERY near future. The Pacenti Neo-Motos fit great through-out.
Ride report soon.

A lock on the MARKET

Pacenti's Neo-Moto is obviously a hit! BikeMan is sold out! So if you need some, check out www.bikelugs.com to order them directly from Mr. Pacenti, or check out RAWLAND CYCLES, I think they have them instock!

Because, we'd like to know...

We have one very nice tire for this 'nbetweener' wheel size currently. As a consumer, which direct would you like the next 650B to take? Lightweight XC, a midrange alrounder, or what? Examples are great. I believe Pacenti has a winning tire with the Neo-Moto, and probalby won't use anything else for a long time, but only time will tell. As for me, I'm sold on the 2.3" . Anyone can post a reply to this post, and we'd love to hear from you!

TO THE SUPERMARKETS!!!!

Or, where ever you get your Mountain Bike Action Magazines. On page 44 of the February 2008 issue, they've feature a nice 4 page article on the 26,27.5,29 formats. The 650B wheel has brought up quite a stirr in our little industry. It's quick growing popularity has some scratchin' their heads.... Wheels of Fortune.....time will tell.

Thanks MBA!
